I would like to learn if there is any possible way to integrate RTE editor with snitz boards.

First important thing is:
1. I do not want my users use any HTML code beside the one I am allowing..
2. I would like to change messages to forum codes after posting.. I mean only certain codes of HTML would be on.
 
Is it possible or anyone ever tried integrating it into snitz?
