Internet Security causing problems

I think it is my Norton updates that created this problem.
 
But when I go to my forum, it will come up, but the box to reply in or to post a new message does not finish loading, making it impossible for me to post.
 
I am pretty sure this is something in my computer and has to do with my darn auto updates from Norton.
 
Has anyone else ever had this problem?  How did you fix it?
 
It also happened to one of my members, and now me.  But everyone else seems to be posting just fine.
 
I don't have a problem posting to any other websites and here I am doing it here.
 
So can someone help please?

Or maybe it's not my computer at this point I am not sure.
 
However I have not made any adjustments or changes to my forum recently and it was working fine a week ago.
 
But I did try turning off the anti virus and the internet security, and going to the forum and it still won' t load all the way.  It just hangs.
