Is ASP declining in favor of ASP.NET?

I keep track of sites, technologies, and search keywords, and it looks like ASP is seriously losing out to ASP.NET.

One of the things that's shown this is here. It shows how WWG traffic has been declining. I'm wondering if this is because ASP is losing popularity. There's always a reason for things, and I'm sure BoRg knows best here for those reasons. But do you think this is a technology driven thing?
