just copy the files
"language_file.inc, Default.asp , sign.asp, emoticons_smilies.asp"  in to ur guestbookfolder and that should do the trick....

You must rename the "language_file_NL.inc" to "language_file.inc" otherwise it will not work.

Its a zipfile u have to unzip it...
The zipfile contains the file  language_file.inc !!!!!

In your zipfile you are right.
I was thinking you were also using the file from this topic:
