on my script i have... i have set a cookie with a time

then all you need to do is check the NOW() against the cookie value +15 minutes if less than NOW() its longer than 15 minutes

there isn't a 100% sure way to stop them really every one that is.

you can set a session also ... but they can just turn off the browser/cookies .

or you can set an arrys to capture the time and IP Address. using the IP as as the Identifier.

Now() - stored value = time away

edit-->

sorry just wroyr the above.. ill exoplain a bit

if you take the stored time from now it leaves the difference then you can CDate() the out put and extract it.

cdate makes the string into a date/time value

if you use this CDate("12/02/05")

it would turn that value into the mm/dd/yyyy

a good site is www.devguru.com

shows you all the functions and shows examples
