hi i have upload all the files and dont know what to do next... i dont understand this line..

7.Once all the files are uploaded point your web browser to the location on your Brinkster web space where you uploaded the forum to.

i dont know how i can c my forum

By pointing your browser to your forum  it means type in the address to your forum in your browers address bar, ie. http://forums.webwiz.net/ will take you to the forum on this site.

The file in question that throws up the error on brinkster is not required as you don't have upload capabilities on brinkster.
