Theres no online demo because I haven't finished the website to sell it.  Stupid I know, the product is done, but the payment system isn't. I really need to sort it all out ASAP and get some sales in.

No.. I want to have full control over the application sourcecode myself.. In case I need some modifications.. and it's easier to test without Internet connection

Mine comes with a licence allowing you to edit/view/modifiy source (as long as you don't sell any of the original code).
