SmarterTrack offers a free version with all features but only one agent can use it. However the problem is that it needs Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 to be installed on the server. It is however only available on windows hosting account. I have a Linux hosting account. Now what ?

Try Hesk Support System. Its free too and can be used in linux as well. We use a similar system on one of our sites and its easily configuable and works well
