Have you tried all the things in the links Jono gave. They do look useful.
What size did it give when you run the SP to get the tempdb size it mentioned in the first link:-
USE tempdb
GO
EXEC sp_spaceused
Also as this is more of an issue with SQL Server rather than the forum software, have you tried some SQL Server forums?

More details: the problem happens only in the topics and foruns with huge number of messages.

If you have a look through the links Jono posted they will explain why, as the tempdb is used for many things.
You should really consult a SQL Server web site to findout how to fix the issue. It could be that you are out of memory on the server, not enough diskspace, not enough space allocated to the tempdb, or many other reasons related to the SQL Server configuration and resources.

I've had a look at your forum and got the error message you mention.
However the forum only has 300,000 posts so there shouldn't be such an issue. You need to check your SQL Server resources and configuration.

If not then you have an issue with the forum on this site to, which if it is using the same SQL Server it would explain why it is also showing the same error.
