login error when try to delete members

I can log in the Administrator as administrator, but have some problem when I am in it.

If I go to Membership Admin and click over one member, I get the insufficient_permission.asp page.

I have tried deleting all the cookies before to start but this is not the solution

How can I fixed this problem?
