Right click and look at it's source.

I saw another one from MS, and it was advertising front page, sayign how it cleans up HTML and they got the HTML wrong or something in the background,

MS has a great deal on VS 2003, MSSQL 2000 and Windows 2003 at the moment. Super cheap at $800.
