Got the forum installed with thanks to all who have helped, can't seem to find the 'Password Reminder Link' thought i saw it on the page where you log-in, its not on the admin section is it, im sure i saw it on my first install ? using the brand new forum, any guidance would be appreciated !

Email Activation has to be setup before the link appears....

Make sure you have it (email notify as fernan said) selected in admin section.
