Mail error in 7.8 cdosys

I've got everything working except email. Get a 500 error on any send. I admin my web & mail server, but can't seem to get it to work.

I have read all the posts in this forum. Some refer to the relay settings in SMTP, but I can't find anything in this forum or elsewhere that tells me what my relay settings should be.

I tested with relay wide open, but didn't work! Is there an overview of required CDOSYS smtp settings somewhere? Am I an ignoramous?

Thanks Borg. That change and some older posts in this forum gave me the info I needed to solve the problem. I had a few issues with my relay security settings.
