My Host Email component is AspMail. Forum version: 7.x

I try to mail Members from my Admin section but with no success.

Is there a way to get the Mailing server error reply (something like that) from somewhere, so I can check if my configurations are at fault?

I get no error message after clicking "send mail". Should I?

Thanks.

If there is an error in the AspMail section then yes you would get an error. Are you sure it is not just the e-mail is invaild?

Even if the SMTP server name is wrong or illegal?

After sending I get: There are  0 email's sent out of a total of 0

Strange, I must be missing something...

You could try using the ASP pure upload component (in the mods and add-ons forum)

When I do it locally:

1. I get the reading: "There are 1 email's sent out of a total of 1". So I guess JS is enabled.

2. I get a "create object" error, which was expected, because I don't have one installed on my localhost.

But when I do it on the www site admin:

1. the reading is 0 email's and 0 total and... no error.

2. I know and rechecked that all of those users have valid email addresses, but the emails never get to their destinations.
