Managing Language Files

I want to throw this idea out there:

1.) Would it be possible to create a sticky thread that has links to all of the different language files and the images?

Instead of having to comb through all the different posts like Alex we could have one central thread for downloading.

I have most of the language packs and would be able to supply them in the effort towards making a single sticky thread.

2.) The images themselves have different strings that do not appear elsewhere in the string files.  Perhaps we could create a string file that contains that text so that when motivated people translate, they are able to do it completely.
