Member Cannot upload ANY files w/ WYSIWYG on.

This member is having trouble uploading ANY files through the forums. He can't upload anything from his FILE MANAGER nor his own FILES.

When he tries to, this pops up:

Error
Only members with sufficient permission can access this page.



A security error has occurred with authentication.

Please ensure that all cookies are enabled on your web browser, you are not using a saved or cached copy of the page, and your Firewall/Proxy settings are not hiding or masking your IP address.

These types of permissions errors are often coursed by a corrupted cookie cache on the users machine.

If your users is using IE then they need to delete all cached internet files followed by all cached cookies. This resests IE's cookie cache.

You should also look at upgrading to version 9.05 as it has updated cookie handling, as the cookie is not re-written so often, avoiding the cookie corruption error which is common with IE.
