Members warning/suspend

Hello.

I'm using the WWF 7.01 . I'm having this problem :

Some users do give sometimes hard comments to other users, even call them names. As admin I'd like to give them a sort of 'official warning' in first case. When it happens again, i'd give them a second one which means they are banned...

Is this possible? Does it exist or should I program it myself?

It should be visible to other users to warn them too , as a sort of an example
