Is their a modification where you can merge two user accounts into one? The reason I ask is because we've found out a former banned member is back posting under a new name (he was honest about it and hadn't posted for a couple of years previous) and instead of him having multiple accounts it would be good to merge his new account into the one that got banned and then we would simply have to change his old username to what it is now.

There is not a tool to merge accounts into one.
