I just recently upgraded from 7.9 to 9.whatever was available today (9.52?). Anyway, now the message boxes won't display at all; including: Private message text box, quick reply text box, message text box, etc. I reuploaded everything to the directory four times and have the same thing. Any suggestions as to what I can do?

Sounds like a corrupted file, try re-downloading the original again and uploading it to your web server.

If you have edited any of the files like the header.asp file make sure you have not removed the link to the forums javascript file.

If you have a link to the forum it may help to findout what is wrong.

Bruce,

I have just done what you said to do, and I get the same result. Only file I have edited was the database_connection.asp file.

Looks like you are using a free web host who inject adverts into the web pages of your site.

Web Wiz Forums will not work with free web hosting accounts for this very reason.

You need to have a full web hosting account without the injected ads in order to run the software.
