Migration from FrontPage to Expression Web

Since I have shifted my site to WebWiz (Thanks Bruce for the assistance) I also have changed my web site editor form FrontPage to Expression web.

I have opened on my local computer the webs with expression web and just uploaded them on the new site. However, I noted some directories and files apparently created by FrontPage and I am not sure if I need them for Expression Web as well or if I can delete them.

The directories and files in question are:

_derived

_private

_vti_bin

_vti_cnf

_vti_pvt

_vti_txt

In addition, I noted the file #haccess.ctl. Is this file needed or obsolete?

Any hint welcomed but please no discussion on expression Web itself, I am aware that Dreamweaver is far more powerful.., but too complicated for me. .
