MOD REQ: My postings and Favorites

On the main navigation (active topics, memberlist, cal, search, favorites, my postings):

'My postings' which list all the posts the user has posted weather or not they chose notification/email or not.

'Favorite postings' which allows a favorites list of posts and shows a summary for each post as in replies and views since the user last saw the post. The favorite will be enabled via a check box for any/each topic.

What do you think guys...How can it be done?
