This modification is for people who are not confident in altering the forum them selves but
would like to have a navigation system on the left hand side of their
forum.
This modification will display links related to the forum, some
of the links will only display if that feature is enabled, such as the Calendar. Were as others will only display if a visitor
is logged into the forum, such as
Private Messages.
