I don't really know if this can be considered a "mod" as such, but I felt it was worth mentioning, since I couldn't find it on Web Wiz Search
When new users wish to register on a Web Wiz forum, they are presented
with a Registration Policy. You can amend that policy to suit your own
individual forum needs. Look for the language folder, then using a text
editor such as Araneae which is FREE to download, you should open the
file called registration_policies_file.asp
and edit the file as you wish to, commencing from line 32
