	To your error 1, well check the log files. As for the 2nd, it seems that you are using some old ODBC drivers, update your MDAC to at least 2.7 and see if that changes anything. WInXP comes with that already, but I have seen them getting corrupted on occasion. (Actually just a regkey) so to make it easy intall MDAC 2.8
