	Which function of EM are you using to execute .sql file ? In IMPORT function i don't see any DATA source for .sql files. Sorry for this question :( Ps : That's why i asked for a 'simple' converter (one big file)

	You have to go to: Tools -> Data Transformation Services -> Import Data

	Then I must select the datasource type, but no .sql source type here :( Gosh how i'm lame :(((
