Can I have one database for more than one app? eg. I would like to have WebWiz (WW) forum db, WW poll db and WW news db in one database file (only one is allowed on my server). Can I do that? If yes, how?

I take it your are talking about the access version for all of them, you would either have to manually merge common tables for apps that don't allow a custom prefix or you would have to rename the tables for each app and then do a search/replace in each app. What kinda cheapo host only allows 1 db anyway, even free brinkster allows more.

NOt 100% sure ... but on our hosting servers I certainly at a "gut level" dont know how... especially if the are DNS less connections.

Other than actually searching for .mdb files (which can easily be bypassed by renaming the file extension) ....?

If the hosting company does not allow dsn less connection and only gives you one dsn they could limit it...
