Multiple, Dynamic Drop-Down Boxes

Hello I just finish reading the following article:

In this article, one of the options suggested was to use the "pure" ASP way. I was wondering if anyone had sample code to do this.

What would the onChange code look like. Would it I have to set up every field as a variable to be transferred to a new page and have the new page request the query string?

Any sample code would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
