My users cant edit older created topics

Hey All,
 
Is it just me, because my users can´t edit there own created topics that is old..
 
Is this a fault or something i can change so they can do it.?

In the admin area you can set how long members have in which to edit posts. If you do not want this feature you can disable it from the topic and posts page settings in the admin area.
