I am writing an application (EXE) to convery any MS Access Database to mySQL I hope to release in a few days.

Unfortunatly, I have not had much luck with MSSQL

Access's export to ODBC dtabase features does a nice job of transering data between Access and MySQL. THe only bug that nees to be fixed is the boolean values as mySQL doesn't understand them, and some field size modifications.

Data transformation from MSSQL to MSAccess is very straight-forward.  Once in MSAccess format, use your up-coming tool to transfer to MySQL.  Since it is a one-time thing, I don't think too many people would be upset performing a 2-step process.

I hope to have it released within a week. It has taken quite a bit of research because I have never used mySQL before.

I have made quite a lot of progress since yesterday. I will be able to release on saturday or even late this friday if all goes to plan!
