hi friends,

i went to admin menu n members in admin menu on my site. there in the fields last visited etc i see some junk characters like 2003Äê12ÔÂ14ÈÕ but when i downloaded database and run on my pc, works fine. it shows 20December etc.whats the problem ? i downloaded forum today again n updated website but still no use

Could be problems with incombatibity with different languages that doen't use western fonts unless the page encoding for the page is changed.

But i didnot change anything with forum or db.

watever was working on my pc i uploaded it and this is giving trouble.

yes i did change my webhost mayb thats the problem

in 1asphost it was fine

my other admin hosted @ his site chinese mayb thats the problem

Sounds like it could be that the language set you are using is not installed on the web server.

If english is not there on webserver, then how come is all other things working fine ?
