Tree Subdirectory flow?

Hey all.

I am curious about something with the flow of the WWF

I am going to use this site as my question example.

When I navigate down the forum/category tree starting from Web Wizard Forum

It would seem that it should display like below above the (author /message) top left of your viewing screen

Web Wizard Forums > General Discussion > ASP Discussions >
Topic: Form Validation

when it in fact displays

leaving out the General Discussion(default.asp?c=#)(or whatever you click on)

is this by design? it seems to break the flow of the navigation to me

any thoughts or comments or explanation(so I understand it) would be greatly appreciated.

This was done by design as it would require an extra database hit to get the category in the present version, but is being changed in version 8 due to new methods of getting database data
