Need help with "Form to E-mail"

Hi guys, I wanted to know if I could get some help with my website, I am a newbie at ASP, so far I have not had any luck at this.  And here is the question, can anyone please help me get this page to work??? for some reason I can't get no e-mails, help me out fellas I will pay to get this page to work.

I have tried and tried and have had no luck. If you roll to the links section, you will see that we got a link to this site, I can put a link for your site as well and, I understand that building this type of form does require a lot of time so we are also going to pay you for it, I just need this to work.  My e-mail is  dapimp@thekillinggroundz.com

Correct, I have tried just about anything and can't get anything to work, I was looking at a website but in order to get that webbot to work I had to turn on the FrontPage Extensions and I don't want to do that, because instead of e-mailing the app, it creates a text file on the web server.  Basically I would like to get a working app with those fields and use a component that is installed on the web server to get the e-mail.  Meaning the current app is useless!!! just a reference for what I need!
