Hi All,
When I started as a Network Administrator I was scrambling to get a good grasp on everything. The field was so wide. Anyways, I have begun building a website specifically to deal with the challenges of a Network Administrator/Network Engineer. I know there are standards like the ITIL but I wanted to get a little more hands on and practical, rather than theoretical. I was hoping that some of you who are (or aren't) system administrators would take a look at the very basics I have posted thus far and give me any feedback you might have. Site design is a work in progress, but I'm not so concerned about that as setting up a good framework for discussing the different aspects of a network.
The website is http://www.thenetworkengineer.com/. Can you believe that domain wasn't registered?
David Mackey.

i'd love to take a look, but it's running very very slow and won't even load in IE.

I think I'm back up and running. Sorry 'bout that. Someday soon I'd like to get a dedicated server of my own, but for right now I'm still stuck on shared hosting.
David.

it's a good start... couple of comments:

I kept trying to click on the + plus sign image but they don't do anything... a little confusing.

Also, I would suggest building a logical flow into your different pages, where you would be able to start at one point, and then click "Next" and "Back" at the bottom.
