Newbie Question

New to ASP, I'm attempting to build something along the same lines of http://www.slowtrav.com/listings/default.asp that will allow me to use this application to have clients post entries with a couple of variables and then allow me to retrieve and or present those variables in a "list" page  (ie http://www.slowtrav.com/listings/listings.asp?country=italy&type=vr)    can someone help and or point me  the right direction.
