Como enviar Newsletter para usuarios não ativo no fórum eu quero enviar um recado a todos?Não tem essa função no NewsPad?

Outra coisa que já havia mencionado é colocar alguma função que ao ser ativada evitar que visitantes acessem o fórum sem fazer login como já existe em outros fóruns, é claro que em cada categoria já tem essa opção individual,mas gostaria que tivesse algo que faria geral sem a necessidade de ser individual.
