No boxed version and a error?

HI i payed for your BOXED version of the forum on the 8th of may,...still nothing in my postbag??

I've recieved my key for the fourm and the key for the guest book (which i aslo brought)

But no sigh of the BOXED version...

also im getting an error while trying to enter the ADmin section of the forum it reads:

Provider error '80004005'

Unspecified error
