no email for registration

	when a user registers i want to send a verification e-mail i set the e-mail address up ok but the e-mail never arrives to activate your registration any help out there

	You should start by checking that you configured the e-mail settings correctly. If you know that's ok, try to test the that it works by writing a small asp script which sends an e-mail to yourself.

	Many posts here about a bug in ver 7.7 for activation emails and how to fix it.
	Lead me not into temptation... I know the short cut, follow me.
