Google Talk and Jabber should probably be separate fields, though.*
At the very least, please include
Google Talk. It's one of the Big 5 (AIM, MSN/Windows Live, Yahoo!, ICQ, Google Talk), and should be included.

*Not all Google Talk accounts work on Jabber, although all Jabber accounts work with Google Talk. (i.e. Google Apps for Domains Admins need to make DNS changes for their Google Talk users to work with Jabber, however all Gmail Google Talk accounts automatically work with Jabber.)
