No Scrollbar in RTE_popup_emoticons.asp

	Hi Bruce I added quite a few emoticons to the forum, 200 to be exact, but when I open the link to insert emoticons, it doesnt show all of them for there is no scrollbar in RTE_popup_emoticons.asp page, if I select down the page it shows them all alright but no scrolling....what might be the problem?

	This question has been gone over a few times and a solution to get scrollbars in the emoticon window.
