Option Explicit error / help

 

I used UTF-8 for pages and when I changed the server I get above error
But I don`t know why because my previouse server before Win 2003 was win 2000 and I never had any problem like this

 

so what I should to do

?

But when I change encoding to ANSI it work

My forum is in Farsi
When I use UTF-8 every thing that it read from Language files is Farsi and show correct but every thing that read from database is not in Farsi and it just show me unknown characters

But when I add this at top of the page

session.codepage=65001

all characters that it read from database will show correct and in Farsi but all of words that read from language file will be corrupted
and even when I change encoding it still show me bad characters

 

What happened ? I think this is some thing in Server and Windows 2000
I even installed Farsi language on server but I have same problem
