this bug will no present where encoding page is western european but if encoding page is set as chinese (gb2312) and description of sub forum also writen in chinese character, there will happen.
in red highlight character chinese become binari character and make symbol (") merge together with binari character. there will make my forum page become incorrect display.
but when turn encoding page manually to western european my forum page will correctly display.
i think this trouble is happen in this hidden bug.
can programming set to recognize
dual bit character (chinese character present the character in computer as dual bit.) to prevent this problem happen? currently i violated a term of condition using Web Wiz forum to temporary delete two line as above picture show until new patch release. thank you.
