Petty date display issue for mm/dd/yy use

I know this is a small thing, but I made the following change in the functions_date_time_format.asp page. I wanted the date displayed as "November 4, 2003" instead of "November 4 2003".  It's a small thing, but people are asking.

Does anyone see any problems with making this change, it appears to be working fine.  Thanks.

Case "mm/dd/yy"
   'DateFormat = strMonth & saryDateTimeData(2) & intDay & s.....

    I changed to the following :
    DateFormat = strMonth & saryDateTimeData(2) & intDay & ", " & intYear
