I dont know myself if this is open source. I just did a search on google and came up with that.

Perhaps do a search in sourceforge.net to see if they have anything, they seem to have the biggest opensource listing.

That's probably the point. But isn't asp always open source? Or are we talking about a program, instead of a page?

if it is just a page it will only translate simple code...

Yeah, it's quite weird. And probably a program. But you can always download programs from IRC or Kazaa (not me, nooo )
