pm doesn’t work for no-RTE user

some users without RTE browser tried to send pm and sent out nothing. when they click 'send' button, the button simply disable and nothing was sent out. help pls. thanks a lot

If their browser does not support RTE then get them to turn off the RTE in their profile.
