Poll Question - Multiple Choice

Searched the forums and could not find an answer to this:

Is there a way (mod?) to allow mulitple selections in a poll?

Example:  A given poll has say 10 choices.  You want the user to select all that apply.  He may pick as many as needed from 1 to 10.

Currently the user can only make one selection.

Exactly - so does anyone have any clues, hints, directions they could give me to do so.  I can't find where to do this.  I have looked in the poll_display_inc.asp and the poll_form_inc.asp.  Also looked through the database.


On another subject - I understand there are google ads on the new versions.  Since I have paid for the removal key on all the sites I am using WWF on - does the same key work if I upgrade or would I need to purchase them again with the newer version.
