Could you please tell me the POP3 and SMTP settings for my email accounts please?

Connecting via POP3 your settings would be something similar to this -
Email address would be the one you setup on that particular website
Account type obviously POP3

Incoming mail server - mail.yourwebsitename.co.uk (or .com whatever it is)
Outgoing mail server - mail.yourwebsitename.co.uk
Username is your email address you setup for that site (example - admin@yourwebsitename.co.uk)
Password - the password you setup for that email address you created

On the additional settings:
My outgoing server requires authentication and logon using same settings as your incoming mail server

And that should be about it
