Post problem in explorer 5

I asked my provider and they told me that the symbol for decimal is a "," and not a "."  I wil not change. It is a provider in the Netherlands.

They suggested perhaps a solution with alternatieve country preferences (LCID), but how can this be done or where do i have to change anything?
ASP programming is not something i familiair with.

Momently i can't test it by myself because IE 5.0 is only on the PC at the boss ..., but 1 of my visitors (wtih IE 5.0) told me it was OK.
In Netscape 7 it was OK.
