I've got quite a bit to ask. So, please bear with me.

I'm working on a Guild webpage for a game I play with some friend's online. I've designed the webpage and such, but I'm running into problems. Here's what I need some help with.

I'm looking to make some sort of news posting script on the main page. One that will display the entire news post, rather then a link. I'd also preffer if it could be accessed by more than one person, so that news will fit the layout of:

http://www.brenhamtx.net/kyle/home.htm

If there's some pre-made scripts that can do both full-post display, and allow more than one person (of course only select people) to post, that'd be great.

Secondly, I'm looking for a means of allowing people to join the guild. I was thinking something along the lines of a guestbook, that sends all entries to the private viewing section. I still think this could work, but I would need the guestbook's entry page to look like:

http://www.brenhamtx.net/kyle/join.htm

I don't want it to look like a guestbook. I want it to stay looking like that. Is this possible?

I looked over the site, but I don't know enough about how it works to know if what I'm looking for has been created already.

Let me try to break it down so that it makes sense.

Bobby McPrescot decides he's going to fill out my sign-up sheet. He starts putting his information in. Name, E-mail, etc. He clicks send.

I think this next part could work as a modified Guestbook script. By clicking submit, the script would post a private guestbook post. Saving it for me, kRazykyLe, to see.

kRazykyLe, owner of the webpage, comes home and decides to check the for new applicants.

kRazykyLe goes to a sign-in sheet, one similar to most ASP scripts. kRazykyLe logs in, using a special name and password. Now, kRazykyLe's able to view any of the applicants.

Right now, that's all I'm worried about. The posts and whatnot can wait.

Any ideas?
