I have had to register my License key to upgrade to the premium edition 3 times already. It seems to randomly revert to the Express addition

Has anyone else had this problem.

I noticed from other posts you have changed files and then put back in the original files. I'm not sure therefore if these changes cause the software to have to revert to Express edition or not, but I expect Bruce will be able to confirm this

Make sure that you are not running multiple Web Wiz Forums on the same site.

If you are you need to edit the includes/setup_options_inc.asp file and change the application prefix variables for each forum you run on the site.

This will prevent the forums settings from interfering with each other.

Thanks but i am only running one forum on the site. I was running 8.4, now `i have upgraded to 9.51. I have made a few changes to the Header and footer files as well as the default, forum_topics and forum_posts files. But those changes are minor and are basically just ASP includes to my ad manager site.
I am now also having problems with my banners ads not appearing on the site at all in IE but it works perfectly in Safari.

It was also working fine in the test phase, now it seems to be corrupt.

I will go look at the changes, but they shouldnt mess up the site.

I've had a quick look at your forum and it appears to be running fine.

The Premium Edition license has been accepted and when I looked there were over 130 active users on the forum and things looked like they were running without any problems.

If you see settings being lost again then change the application variable prefix in the includes/setup_options_inc.asp and see if that does fix the issue.
