Hi all

I have few question for WWF Staff

1) Single License (If we install just one and we change the database in use Dynamicly, does this broke License?) 

2) Multiple License ( if we start with single license. in the near future could we upgrade to Multiple License) Upgrade Cost?

3) Premium Edition (Brand Free) What the different between Premium Edition? what is the Price?

4) What really the support we get during the year?

5) How we could Download the Beta Version 10?

I really want to get all point clear.

1. If you mean change the database you are using from say Access to SQL Server, then no this does not affect the license.

2. All licenses can be upgraded at any time through your Client Area account. You just pay the difference.

3. The Premium Brand-Free Edition is the same as the Premium Edition but without the Web Wiz Branding. Brand-Free Licenses are aimed at businesses and usually cost double that of the Web Wiz Branded Premium Edition License.

4. You get 1 years email support for free. Meaning that if you have a support issue with your forum then you can fill in a support ticket for one of our developers to contact you in order to find a resolution to your issue.

5. There is not yet a Beta Version 10. Version 10 is still under development, when it giets to a stage where it is ready for beta testing it will be announced on the forums.
